CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Blended Yoga

This class fuses various styles of yoga to open you to the benefits of practicing from different traditions. Each class creates a new opportunity to learn and grow in your own practice. All levels are welcome.

Broga® Yoga

A class geared for men, where it's okay if you can't touch your toes. Gentlemen, come ready to be challenged physically & energized mentally. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or have never stepped on a yoga mat, this is the class for you.

Core Yoga

This class focuses on asanas (yoga postures) that help strengthen the core.  Not only will you work your abs, glutes, hips and lower back, but the class will include asanas that stretch and release tension from these areas as well. You'll leave feeling stronger, longer, relaxed and centered.

Heated Power Yoga

This vigorous fitness-based yoga practice is taught with an emphasis on building strength and flexibility. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, this class guides you to connect breath and movement, builds internal heat, and leaves you feeling strong and centered. Room is heated to around 85º so be sure to bring water and a towel.

Kidding Around Yoga

Geared towards ages 5-10, this class incorporates all the wonderful things yoga has to offer including breathing, stretching, meditation and deep relaxation using stories, songs, dance, games and crafts.

Restore & Renew Yoga

De-stress with this healing practice that focuses on gentle movements, restorative postures and meditation. Props, including bolsters, blankets, straps, and blocks, are used to help open and find space in the body. Postures are held for a longer period of time to allow for the body and mind to relax. Beneficial to all bodies and all levels.

Rise & Shine Yoga

Rise and Shine Yoga is a great way to jump-start your morning.  Experience the benefits of waking up to yoga as you stretch your body, awaken your mind, and fuel your spirit. We will focus on awakening the body through sun salutations while incorporating, breath work and the mind-body connection. You will feel energized, have amazing mental clarity, and will be ready to flow through your day with ease.

Vinyasa Yoga

This practice will focus on breath with movement. In this class, you will open your mind and body with slow movement, careful alignment, and conscious breath work. Strength, energy, and flexibility will be awakened in a fun and safe atmosphere. Open to all levels.

Yoga Foundations

This slower moving class is a great option for those new to yoga and also those looking to reconnect to the foundations of yoga. This class is designed to help you learn your way on your mat. The practice is guided with a focus on breath, alignment, and body awareness to help you understand the postures on a deeper level. You'll learn to cultivate strength, flexibility, stability and awareness on and off your mat.

Ballet Barre

Learn the ropes in this beginner/intermediate level class. Grounded in ballet, you will focus on proper form, technique and body alignment. This class combines slow, thoughtful movement, sustained positions and deep stretches at the barre and mat. Discover how to make the most of every plié, battement and stretch. The benefits of a lengthened, flexible physique are only a stretch away. No previous dance experience required.

Barre

This fun, energetic, full-body workout combines techniques from ballet, Pilates, calisthenics and yoga to tone, define and chisel the whole body. This fitness regime focuses on small, repetitive movements to firm and tighten without adding bulk. This class creates the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast. This is NOT your little sister’s ballet class.

BYB - Barre Yoga Blend

This full-body workout weaves the benefits of both barre and yoga to create an unique experience. This class focuses on alignment and proper form using flowing movements, isolated movements and full body strength building to help you feel strong, lengthened and open. This energizing, up-beat class will leave you feeling strong and invigorated. Whether your new to the barre, to your mat, or have been practicing for years, this class allows you the opportunity to experience the something new. 

Lunch at the Barre

Take your break at the BARRE. This high-energy, fast-paced metabolism-boosting class is just what you need to re-charge and re-energize. Your body is going to look and feel amazing after only 30 minutes. You don't need to be a dancer to feel like one, your instructor will help you learn the moves that firm, tone, and lengthen. All levels are welcome.

Barefoot Workout

Learn to strengthen from the ground up. This is a full body barefoot workout class that trains the muscular & cardiovascular system while working flexibility. Set to upbeat music, this class will leave you feeling worked out & worked in.

Core

Strengthen your core. This unique class uses elements of Pilates, yoga and dance combined with flex bands at the barre to isolate the core, increase flexibility and improve overall well being.

Stretch & Chill Pilates

Wind down with this slower paced Pilates class. Designed to work your core while stretching you out. Class ends with a short guided meditation. You'll leave feeling stronger, longer and freshly restored. 

Stretch-n-Tone

This is a mind body class aimed at strengthening, stabilizing, and stretching you from head to toe. Blending techniques from various modalities, this class will give you a total body workout. Using light weights, the bar and the mat, watch your fitness goals become a reality!
